Actually, from what I remember reading, a very good athlete in his time.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

I've heard that as well. But the media used to try to catch him "slipping" even though he was still very athletic while serving his term. He swam and played tennis and golf regularly. He is the one who fell down the stairs of Air Force One. They also caught him falling while skiing i think. Eventually I think he started making jokes out of it too.
He did shut the North Koreans up for a good while , didn't he?
